Two seasonal favorites, one delicious night! 🧡 Join us at Alebrijes Bakery for a special adults-only baking experience celebrating Día de Muertos and spooky season with Pan de Muerto & Halloween-inspired conchas!

Get a unique behind-the-scenes look at what production is like inside an operating Mexican bakery while learning about two of our favorite seasonal breads.

During this combination class, you’ll get hands-on as you shape your own traditional Pan de Muerto, including its signature huesitos, and decorate spooky conchas with fun Halloween-inspired designs. 💀🕸️🎃

🌼 PLEASE NOTE: This combination class is primarily focused on the shaping and decorating phases of Pan de Muerto and concha making rather than preparing both doughs completely from scratch. We’ll walk you through the process, techniques, and traditions behind each bread while you create your own!

Along the way, we’ll also share a little about the history and cultural significance of Pan de Muerto, the traditions surrounding Día de Muertos, and the art of Mexican pan dulce. 🌼💀

At the end of the night, take home your freshly baked Pan de Muerto and spooky conchas to enjoy!

PLEASE READ BEFORE ATTENDING:

• 💀 Please DO NOT BE LATE! We highly recommend arriving 15 minutes early so everyone is ready to begin at 6 PM sharp.

• 🎃 Wear light, comfortable clothing. A headband, bandana, or hat is recommended to keep hair pulled back.

• 🧑🍳 Aprons will be provided for the duration of the class.

• 🥤 Refreshments will be available throughout the class.

• 🔞 This is an ADULTS-ONLY class. Guests must be 18+.
