Our Timeline: From Bakery to Classroom 🏫

We're transforming our beloved Alebrijes Bakery Baseline location in Rancho Cucamonga into a dedicated Panadería School!

Through renovations and improvements, we're reimagining this space as a welcoming educational environment where our community can come together to learn, create, and celebrate Mexican baking traditions.

Our anticipated Grand Opening is Saturday, November 7, 2026!

Beginning with our grand opening, we plan to offer regularly scheduled Pan Dulce Classes and Experiences, giving our community ongoing opportunities to discover traditional recipes, develop new skills, and make unforgettable memories.

Your Founder's Ticket will be available to redeem once classes begin and will remain valid for any future class of your choice, regardless of its regular ticket price, subject to class availability.

Our opening date is an estimate, and we'll keep our Founder's Ticket holders updated as renovations progress and registration opens.
